This was part of the entire Sales and Operation Planning Business Process. We improved the Sales Forecast Accuracy Key Performance Indicator for the entire company. The APO implementation was the first carried out in Chile and in the South American Region.•Designed and implemented the SAP solution for Milk Reception and Process in conjunction with SAP A.G. Germany. This development was included in the standard SAP product as part of the kernel solution worldwide.
