    As a Senior HR Consultant my primary focus is Employee Relations & Recruitment for many branches and departments throughout Servus Credit Union. Employee experience is certainly the another focus for an HR Consultant as policy communication and interpretation is a daily conversation for me. I strive to be very approachable and accessible for the branches in the region as well as other team members in the Edmonton and Red Deer Regions. I thrive on the interaction I have with internal employees and potential candidates as I develop positive relationships.     Working in an ever changing industry as an MSR I was able to shine in my member service skills. Handling all types of banking transactions, RRSP, terms deposit, etc. are just a few of the duties I was very successful at. I was able to handle difficult member situations with a calm, tactful strategy. The highlight of my career at Prince Albert Credit Union certainly was feeling like part of a large family helping one member at a time.
