    Responsible for managing the entire group of plant/project operations, system establishment and implementing best operational practices for achieving superior productivity. Responsibility includes overseeing all equipment-related activities including faster repairs at project sites, redeployment of idle equipment at various sites based on project requirements, disposing uneconomical equipment, monitoring operation, maintenance & repairs of various equipment, etc. Oversee the Executing the performance monitoring of Boilers and Turbines from the basic data; Addressing the emergencies during turbine / boiler tripping & other process upsets; handling water chemistry, column/ parameters for high pressure and medium pressure boilers, turbine erection and commissioning. Accountable for handling commercial responsibilities like procurement of plant equipment material, safety measures and various other operational requirements for ensuring seamless plant operations. Developing and maintaining process in accordance with internal and external quality guidelines (Kaizen implementation, ISO, 5S& 7QC Tool Application).Successfully led and executed plant expansion / modification / up gradation projects, achieved synergies in production by driving value engineering initiatives and establishing reforms in the existing processes.
