    Working currently in the designation of General Manager (Functional Role of Senior Program Manager) at SERVIFY [also known as Service Lee Technologies Pvt Ltd.] managing one of the critical Programs / deliverables. Servify powers product care & trade-up programs for top mobile and electronics brands, Servify provides a smart Device Lifecycle Management Platform / Services for its various reputed clientele to facilitate mobile, consumer electronic device service, trade-in and device replacement for their users. My main responsibilities in the role include:- Engage with the Product team and Business Team to get new requirements/projects and frame the foundation plan for the same (Mobile App / Web Development)- Ensure the team members and stakeholders have right information (scope) and have them share near accurate estimations (timeline and budget) with respect to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders and remove dependencies / roadblocks for my team if any (Scrum Master)- Publish Project Plan / Timelines for the project including Risk-Issue handling (Project Management)- Ensure projects under me follow Agile principles/practices/ceremonies (3 Teams / 22 team members) (Part of Agile CoE team)- Discuss and accept enhancement from the Client and ensure all Client deliverables are met as per the committed timeline and scope (Client-facing)- Oversee transitions related to my teams/organization (Part of the ERP migration project)- Broadly oversee/facilitate – People Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Client Communication, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Mentor Juniors/Freshers, etc (Program Management)- In Parallel, I am working with the CTO and Director to streamline the Project Management process in the company (PMO and Governance) and involved in responding to RFPs (Pre-Sales)
