    As a Junior Strategy Associate, I support the Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer in developing the strategic narrative of the Institute and related internal and external engagement with the Institute’s stakeholders network, and in forecasting and analyzing threats and opportunities associated with the convergence of disruptive technologies in cyberspace (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Quantum Computing, etc). I investigate how these disruptions are impacting vulnerable communities, notably in the Global South and emerging economies, and how increasing usage of Internet and new technologies impact cybersecurity and the need for cyber capacity building globally. Through analysis and facilitation of partnerships, I inform the CyberPeace Institute strategy, notably by linking data - technology - policies - and human related aspects of disruptions in cyberspace.

    IG Arbeit is a private social institution that provides protected workplaces for people with mental disabilities that cannot find a job in the private sector.As part of this company, I co-managed a delivery team of 20 deliverymen who delivered groceries on e-bikes and trailers and picked up recycling from our clients. My responsibility was to provide an ideal work environment for our employees allowing them to concentrate on their work. This included being in constant contact with employees and workers by phone, scheduling of workhours, providing physical and emotional support for the employees, and overseeing repairs and safety checks of the e-bike and trailer fleet.To facilitate the transition between the often-changing civil servants I helped Improve workflows and quality control by developing and expanding employee handbooks.
