    • Handling managerial responsibilities such as preparing and publishing the weekly and monthly PQRS report which shows the team’s Productivity, Resource Utilization and errors ( if any ).• Conducting the monthly MBR ( Monthly Business Review ) call with the client, to describe the monthly performance of the team, challenges faced and the roadmap for the subsequent months.• Ensuring on a monthly basis if the Process documents are up-to-date, or need any updations thereof.• Handling responsibilities such as Segregation of Derivative JV deals and booking these deals into the systems ( Systems – Spider, GPL and PeopleSoft ) for the purpose of generating a report which shows the amount of revenue generated from these deals.• Identifying and booking the CDD ( Corporate Debt Derivatives ) deals and ensuring the bookings done are in line with the postings done in GPL ( Ledger )• Preparing a report on a weekly basis which shows the region-wise derivative revenue generated by the IB Department and also the division-wise revenue transferred from respective department ( Equity / Fixed Income ) to IB Department.• Ensuring the GPL system ( Global sub ledger ) is updated correctly with the net amounts by making sure the amounts are flowing into the correct departments, thus ensuring that there no escalations due to incorrect postings. • On a monthly basis, posting all the net revenues generated into the PeopleSoft system ( Ledger ), which will finalize the P&L of all the departments for the month.• Handled ad hoc queries from the client such as posting revenue entries of specific continental deals, updating the MTD amounts of the APAC region, EMC weekly report which shows the revenues originated from the Emerging Market deals.• Preparation of the Data Integrity reports such as Client revenue summary, GMSG daily P&L and ensuring these are sent out in a timely manner.

    Process: SMA (Separately Managed Accounts), Reconciliation & Investor ServicesInvolved in Reconciliation of cash flows for Collateral Debt Obligation Deals on excel sheet and submission of reports to Client Service department within time deadline as per SLA. Handled reconciliation of various types of financial transactions e.g. Interest swaps, equity trades, principal buy, sell, bond trades, and interest on mortgage backed securities. Responsible for ensuring that reconciliation has been accurately prepared & documented according as per the policy. Ensure all related reports such as ledger account, cash journal recon reports, bank statements, book balances are saved and printed for audit purposes.Reviewed bookkeeping report to verify the withdrawals posted in the accounts if they are in line with the withdrawal requests received.Checked on daily basis the cash and position breaks in the accounts and reconciling the accounts with the records as per custodian against the records of our client (an Asset management company). Quality check of the work done by other team members before it is sent out to the client.
