    : Receive the information about current flights and items need to be followed from previous person on duty, and follow them up.• Read and reply, if needed, the e-mails from the previous shift.• Request and send PNL list to Airlines, to Stations and catering. Provide the accounting department with correct PAX information.• Check who will provide the ground handling for the flights. Receive and record full contacts of handling agent/company. • Request price lists/ compare prices/ choose the most suitable handling agent/company for us.• Check availability of the contract with the handling agent, and choose the payment method (in case there is no contract), negotiate about the prices and receive the payment approval.• Contact the handling agent responsible for the flight to follow up the procedures of arrival and departures of the flights. • Receive from OPS department of Airlines and send to the handling to hand it over to the pilot to operate this flight (ICAO FPL, Dispatch Release Form, Notam, Computerized Flight Plan, WX report and SIG weather report).• Check the availability of the contract. Find and negotiate the best fuel prices from Fuel Companies. Choose and receive approval of the chosen payment method.• Check the availability, validity and renew fuel and handling contracts. • Renew the Fuel Price list on the server. • Update existing and record new contacts in the Contact’s folder.Make research and provide Operation Manager with necessary information to make the most rational decision for the company
