    • Expert
      • Jan 2015 - Dec 2015

In January of 2015, after 14 months of personal progression in behaviours and metrics for the role, I successfully interviewed for the role of Expert in the store. Through this role I enjoyed helping my colleagues to learn every day and assisting customers to find the right solution using the knowledge I can apply through effective probing.
Working with a team of 2-6 other Experts in recent months, I learned to deal quickly with ambiguity, and can work with both large and smaller teams effectively. Colleagues frequently identified me as a "go-to" for questions in their first months and beyond, and I was glad to help them learn what they needed to progress, and congratulate them when they did.
I was also doing a Leadership experience to help me gain a wider range of skills when Managing Vision and Purpose. Customer experience is something which I worked on with the team, using these new skills.

    • Specialist
      • Jan 2012 - Jan 2015

During my first few months with the shop floor sales team at Apple I very quickly adapted to the role, and within two months I was asked to join the contract specific team. This involved helping colleagues with contract queries and running weekly meetings around contracts and iOS software.
A few months later my passion for learning and helping others learn made me a successful candidate for an available mentor role, where I assisted in the progression of specific colleagues and core training for new starters. These skills helped me develop myself too, and this led into my business experiences. I also more recently helped assist the Edinburgh Store with a new store opening in late 2014.
