iDE is a global effort that spans offices in 14 countries, encompassing 4 social enterprises, employing nearly 1,000 people directly, and indirectly enabling many more through our market-based approaches in agriculture; water, sanitation, and hygiene; and finance. In my role, I oversaw six country program operations as well as business development in Africa and Asia. iDE country programs include a diverse portfolio of donors supporting programs that use market based, contextualized solutions to development challenges in agriculture, WASH, HCD, and women's economic empowerment. I led a US-based team in support of program operations and business development as well as supervise and support our country program teams to accomplish their goals and objectives.
