I am responsible for managing a team of QAs on a weekly basis to ensure productivity. I also spearhead the program called 'Audit the Auditor' where I audit the Team Managers and QAs locally and internationally to ensure accuracy. I have also lead biweekly meetings with clients to provide an update on the site's performance and for the quarterly meeting, I provide that added layer of support for my manager in the event any questions may arise. I also create game plans for targeted coaching as well as coach Team Managers and QAs on areas of opportunity. I spearhead weekly calibration sessions to ensure that all sites are aligned and bridge any gap that may exist. I meet with group of specialists who are in the lower quartile with performance to understand what's impacting them to tailor a suitable program that results in the improvement of their overall performance. Mental health is important so I have meeting weekly with different clusters of Team managers, QAs and specialists to know how they are and create a space where they are comfortable enough to express any challenges they may face and then work with Senior Management as best as possible to assist.
