    I learned the computer software (Aspect operating systems) which involved seting it up at start of shift, selling tickets, printing tickets and shutting down at end of stift.     I took this up as a second job but as i become muitskilled i really enjoyed this work. I provided fantastic customer service and built a wonderful rapport with regular customers, agian developed a complete product and specials knowledge and learned the skill in upselling and meeting sales targets. I also worked in the kitchen preparing and cooking food, often to order. After shift clean up and updated cleaning data sheets.
