Devised new scaffold manufacturing methods, including additive manufacturing, allowing various scaffold geometries to be produced.Designed a bioreactor system for culturing cell-seeded polymer scaffolds under pulsatile flow to induce mechanical stimulation and maturation into vascular constructs.
