    Furniture Marketing Group: Preferred Haworth dealership for Plano, Texas. (One of the largest Haworth dealers in the world). Wave: Providing furniture support services to large corporate accounts in multiple locations, customizing services to each customer’s needs. Teams work from the home office in Plano, as well as work on-site with customers all over the country. Member of the Wave team supporting a Fortune 500 client with over 100 buildings in 12 states.Responsibilities include furniture specification, project management, working with customer developing workplace strategies, overseeing the furniture procurement process from specification to order entry to final customer invoicing.Managed the planning, furniture specification, installation of a new 9 building campus, 1.1 million square feet. Involved in the majority of all furniture reconfigurations, installations, and decommissioning projects occurring in Central Virginia (22 buildings, 2.5 million square feet).Involved with the customer in their continual development of workplace strategies. Worked closely with Haworth and other manufacturers to meet the customer’s needs. Use of both standard products, and extensive use of specially designed / engineered products.Developed Microsoft Access database which tracks all work within the project process, and as customer reporting requirements changed, updated the database to provide the information they required. Worked with a programmer then to transition that database to be an online database, in order to allow our entire Wave team to access and share project information remotely.Extensive use of AutoCAD, ProjectMatrix PsPlace & ProjectSpec, Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, Project, OneNote), Sketchup.

Performed a full written audit of the facility, and coordinated all alterations required for adherence to the Act. Continued as the liaison for employees who had special requirements due to disabilities.Coordinated implementation of new CAFM system (Arris). Worked to develop CAD standards for department.
