I feel like I have really found my niche with Weight Watchers. As a leader and receptionist for 11 years, I'm a motivational speaker, team leader and weight counselor at traveling locations and Weight Watchers At Work settings. I have found tremendous satisfaction in helping my members achieve their goals so that they can lead healthy lifestyles.

I loved teaching Art to students at the Junior High and Elementary Art levels for 17 years in the Richardson I.S.D. I taught from 1985-88 at Park Hill Junior High. In 1988 I made a decision to explore Art for young children. From the Fall of 1988 until the Spring of 2002, I taught continuously at Springridge Elementary, while traveling part-time to Dover, Mark Twain & Canyon Creek Elementary.

Art History Adjunct Professor

After receiving my M.A. degree, specializing in the History of Prints, I taught History of Prints from 1300-1700 A.D. for a semester. Lectured college level seniors for this art history course which is a required subject for seniors who are majoring in Printmaking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 11 years in the secondary schools in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D. As an Art teacher, I taught 8th graders-Seniors Commercial Art, Jewelry, Pottery, Composition and Art History at Newman Smith & R. L. Turner High Schools, also at Vivian Field & Dan Long Middle Schools.
