      * At the Pediatric Endocrinology Divisions of SSMC I was full time involved in and coordinated a study about the impact of the addition of teleconsultation and digital data support to the use of CGM on glycemic control in children and adolescents with poorly-controlled Type1 diabetes. While Type1 diabetes in the young is a challenging disease, the study aims to examine augmenting the use of CGM with intensive follow up with teleconsultation and digital support (online CGM analysis) which might improve diabetes control and treatment satisfaction. The study aimed to enroll a minimum of 116 patients over the period of 28 weeks of which I concluded 12 weeks of the cross over phases. * As a study coordinator I worked closely with the principle investigator and coinvestigator and participated in choosing the inclusion criteria for the study. * I was responsible for selecting patients that satisfy the inclusion criteria (including patients using CGM FreeStyle Libre 2), explained the study to the patients and their families and agreed with patients on signing the enrollment consent forms. * Educated new unfamiliar patients about the use of CGM.* Continuously followed up with patients to ensure correct use of the CGMS.* Collected and recorded patients data throughout the entire study period.* Additionally, I attended supporting the patient education team in the Pediatric Diabetes Insulin Pump Clinic with educating patients and caregivers on the use of Insulin Pumps and carb counting.
