    I spearhead the development of a smart insole designed to detect and monitor foot complications such as ulcers, charcot and hyperkeratosis caused by peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients. Our primary goal is to decrease the frequency of hospital readmissions due to recurrent ulcers, infections and other foot complications. By doing so, we effectively lower amputation rates and reduce healthcare costs, contributing to better patient outcomes and a more efficient healthcare system.
