    • Started as a Volunteer in Nov 2006 the company hired me as full time Mechanical Engineer Technician in February 2007. • As a Trainee but with focus, interest, and dedication in a span of few months I gain proficiency in handling Extrusion Presses. • My role Includes but not limited to such as manufacture, installation, maintenance, operation and repair of specialized extrusion presses, machinery, and mechanical plant. • I was handling the production floor successfully in the afternoon and partly in night shift and ensure the production is completed and the product manufactured is as per the standards and quality. • I also help in modifying the system in existing moulding process and assist the design, tooling, and quality team to modify the process for cost effective production. Document all die changing process, specifications and drawings for plastic bottle jars and ensure step by step procedure is followed to get the final product with quality and ensure scrap is kept to minimum so that time should not be wasted in recycling. Material processing and use is always monitored and priority among different jobs is followed. Product reports are documented, and measures are taken to meet the deadlines
