    1.Periodically updating the ASO(actual status of the order in the system on the basis of scheduled actions required by the criticality of the supply.Chasing on VDDR documents with supplier as per the purchase order requirement.2.Performs expediting activities on a project to ensure the timely delivery of materials & equipment to meet project needs and provide regular & accurate information about the status of the progress with appropriate evidence reports.3.Ensure that vendor's bill of materials"BOM" are released,sub-orders placed ,orders expedited & received within a time frame that will support the vendor's manufacturing schedule.4.Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.5.Field expedite with supplier & sub vendor location to ascertain the order progress as per contractual requirements & submit the detailed expediting report to project team/client.6.Expediting with vendors for followup on major commercial documents submission as per the PO requirements.(ABG,PBG,LC opening etc.)7.Responsibility starts after receipt of copy of purchase order from procurement.8.Ensure PO acknowledged & obtain with the correct interpretation of the PO by vendor.9.Organise/participate in the Kick-Off meeting coordination with PSL(Project Specialist Lead engineer.)MM(Material Manager).10.Maintain materials status report including information such as the vendor & description of materials ordered, purchase order date, vendor promised delivery dates,dates required in field, shipping status & material receipt note & date.11.Monitor the status of the progress planned vs actual done according to the milestones & expedite with vendor for inspection call letter in advance to arrange inspection.12.Managing and analysing the produced by the vendor to accompany the (technical documents, manuals, packing list, certificate etc.)13.Resolve site supply issues (Overage/short/Damage) supply.14.Mentor/tain the other personnel
