** Managing Pan India Maintenance of Star Bazaar stores, Warehouses and Collection centers through 25 technical experts for 65 locations spread across 10,00,000 sq feet.** Improvised Critical Equipment Uptime from 99.50% to 99.90% in span of 2 years by creating and implementing Maintenance Processes through IOT platforms like Microsoft teams and Wooqer. ** Achieved Compliance level of more than 95% for past 4 years for Preventive maintenance plans by strengthening schedules and training teammates.** Achieved 5% year on year cost saving for Annual Maintenance Contracts through better negotiations with different vendors alongwith structured SLAs and quality of service.** Rolled out various electricity cost saving initiatives across stores to reduce electricity cost from 2.5% to 2.2% of total sales. Achieved and sustained Average saving of Rs 1.5 crores for past 7 years.** Conceptualized and implemented remote energy monitoring through IOT platform of Zenatix to drive electricity cost saving which allowed stores to focus on their operations. 8% and 3% electricity cost saving are achieved for first two years in 2019 and 2020 and same is sustained.** Planned and Implemented ROOFTOP Solar (614Kwp) for Star Varthur Mall, Bangalore to achieve recurrent electricity cost saving of Rs 45 lacs every year since 2019. ** Co-ordinated with various legal statutory bodies like fire department, electricity board and municipal authorities for availing mandatory permissions for business continuity.** Coordinated with TESCO Engineering team UK in setting up the right standard for the business to be 1st Time RIGHT by sharing operation feedback to Project executions. This has improvised quality of new stores with more focus on energy efficient equipment.** Successfully implemented Asset Tagging of all 40,000 business assets in FY21-22 through external vendor and maintenance team. Qualitative Asset Management Process has been established with all stakeholders.
