    I have recently started in an exciting new job role here at Baywood. Since starting my new role as part of our enthusiastic and energetic sales team, I have been presented with some unique challenges, exciting new concepts and most of all daily opportunities to connect with and serve our diverse range of fantastic customers. Sales is a new field to me as my back ground has largely in the past revolved around production. This I believe has provided me an excellent field of in-depth knowledge to help answer almost any question you have relating to our product range.     Upon graduating from high school and entered our family powder coating and wet spray painting business, I assumed the role of our Production Manager. I became heavily involved in managing our work teams to ensure the complex steps from prepping to painting were done exceeding market expectations. Project Planning, Team Leadership, Delegation and Quality Assurance documentation. I learnt these operational skills at Q-Coat- Forklift Warehousing, Gantry Crane, Light Fabrication, Sand Blasting, Chemical Treatment, Industrial Oven, Powder Coating and Wet Spray Painting.Some of the items Q-Coat's service covered were - truck trailer bodies, mining gates and fences, hydraulic ram painting and heavy gas piping that had to meet Industry Standards.
