ECB Qualified Level 2 Cricket Coach Responsibilities include planning sessions for two hour, working on own initiative to solve problems if children could not do task set or were already at that level, making sure the children are signed in by their parents/guardians at the start and end of every session, ensuring the safety of the children at all times due to working in a big sports hall with other sports happening around me in different sections and also in games played during the session, for example using softer balls for less confident and skilled children. In the past I have been in charge of an Under 11s team in which extra responsibilities included organising and selected a team for each game and ensuring communication is perfect to ensure children arrive at the right place at the right time.

For the past year I worked as a Commercial Manager on Marks and Spencer’s placement scheme. This was an optional year out of university. Within this time, I assisted in running different areas of the Norwich store, from the General Merchandise, Backstage and the Food Hall. I was also given responsibility to act as store manager for a week in the Lowestoft store. Other responsibilities included organising and leading teams for events in store, opening and closing the store, assisting in the opening of the new Peterborough store and running assessment centres for the 2013 graduate intake.
