Enterprise Change Manager requested that I join the change management team on merit.In this role I am responsible for assisting the Change Management team with the application of the structured change management framework, methodology and procedures across the business to facilitate change.Identify and understand the “what is in it for me?” from our people’s perspective, applying the levers of active communication, engagement, training and knowledge transfer with coaching.Worked with the Change Managers to achieve the required outcomes for managing the people side of change for a number of technology projects e.g. various Cyber security projects and the Security Service Desk Portal, a range of organisational change projects e.g. Employee offboarding business process improvement and cultural change projects e.g. Relaunch of Mental Wellbeing Program (including website revamp) and the Gallup Employee Engagement Program. After completing a successful internship with Brand SA, I was grateful to be accepted into the role of Marketing Coordinator with Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA).My initial task was to create a Marketing Plan for the company and support their Franchisees to help grow their businesses.Launched ERA Asia Pacific Linked In page and maintained a high engagement rate from our followers by posting relevant content which helped grow the brand in Australia (creation of digital content through Adobe Software).Managed the creation of new marketing material to be used to help support the business and Franchisees.Organised and led our ‘Discovery Events’ across the country (Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney). This also involved sourcing potential franchisees across the country through SEEK and Linked In direct messaging. This also involved sourcing accommodation options and conference rooms interstate.After a successful first year, I was invited to attend the ERA Annual Conference held in Dubrovnik, Croatia. During this conference I was tasked to speak in front of 700+ people within the business and present what we had been working on in Australia.By the time I was ready for my next challenge, I had supported the business to grow by an additional 14 Franchisees from 11 to just shy of 25.
