Run a weekly product development team meeting to manage the crossfunctional development of the shift system. Track and resolve issues on current products. Issue engineering change work orders, and develop implementation plans for those changes.Work with the supplier and purchasing to ensure the design solution meets requirements, and is cost efficient.Develop and run clinics to better understand the customers expectations, and translate those expectations into requirements for future programs. Lead development of future shifters by coordinating with Studio, HVI (human vehicle interface), and the supplier. This enables a shifter that is manufacturable, stylish, comfortable, and easy to use by the customer.
