    Faubion Associates produces custom made fixtures for high end retailers. Our clients include Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, David Yurman, Macy's, Chopard, Zales, Helzberg, Movado, Rolex, and more. We produce showcases, loose fixtures, perimeter work, and any other custom fixtures for our clients. We perform our own millworking, finishing, metal work, and glass work in house. Faubion seeks to work with local vendors in the Dallas area.For Faubion, I produce estimates on projects for our clients. Many of my estimates are apart of a competitive bid with other vendors estimating on the project. I am also the projected manager on the jobs we are awarded that I produced the estimate for. As the project manager, it is my responsibility to ensure the fixtures are correctly engineered and manufactured according to the estimate I had approved. We must then have the fixtures transported to the store and installed.Many projects last over 12 months from time of estimating to final installation. Large projects occur in multiple phases and in coordination with many other contractors. I am in constant contact with architects, designers, project managers, general contractors and subcontractors.
