I chose to enter a career in real estate because I wanted a change from my previous career in retail banking. Real estate provides an opportunity for me to maximize my love of connecting with people, my love of homes, and gives me the freedom and flexibility to create my own success. I have always loved old homes and am a big supporter of historic preservation. I also knew that I would love finding that perfect home for each of my clients. During my time in retail banking I made many lasting connections with lots of wonderful people. I had the pleasure of helping my clients to navigate the complex process of purchasing a home. Not only did I assist my clients with getting their financing in place, but I also served as a liaison between my clients, their realtor, their title company, and many other people involved in the home-buying process. As a result I am perfectly suited to take on my new career in real estate. I have also done extensive volunteer work with the Quapaw Quarter Association, working to promote public knowledge of historic homes and buildings in the Little Rock area. I am excited to bring all of my knowledge and skills to bear in my new career. My goal is to make true, honest and open connections with people. By doing so I will truly understand my clients and their needs in order to find the home that is perfect for them. I firmly believe that approaching people openly, honestly, and with their best interests at heart is the key to success in any endeavor. I am a member of The North Pulaski Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors and the Cooperative Arkansas Realtors Multiple Listing Services.I specialize in first time home buyers, residential homes, investment property, and historic homes.Se habla Español.

Banking Center Manager
-
Sep 2010 - Present
As a Banking Center Manager with Bank of America I have been responsible for leading three separate banking center teams to excellence in a fast-paced and demanding environment. I have become extremely proficient in the areas of banking center operations, customer satisfaction and sales and leading a team to excel in all three, including scoring 100% on our audit review and exceeding 150% of our sales goal. I have also developed and promoted several members of my team as well as serving as a strong leader among my peers by organizing, planning and leading weekly sales calls in the absence of a Market Manager.
