A Senior Account Manager or SAM is the highest position you can achieve at England Logistics before going into Management. In order to become a Senior Account Manager you have to start with no book of business and create your own book of business through prospecting and reactivating accounts. You have to hit very strenuous numbers for a certain period of time before you can move up from Account Manger 1 then 2 then 3 then finally reaching SAM. Out of 400 people there 7% that are current SAM's. I am very proud to be a SAM and have accomplished this with the few others that have made it to be an SAM.
