    In this role, I am responsible for all production and workover operations for Tamarind New Zealand Onshore.     In this role, I was responsible for all production and field operations for WestSide Corporation in New Zealand for 12 months before the position was made redundant. I successfully oversaw the production of over 500 BOEPD, managed an annual OPEX budget of more than $15 million and over $25 million of CAPEX.Key Achievements:· Optimised field production by undertaking a thorough review of production history, pressure data and fluid levels thereby increasing production rates.· Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities while managing a team of 9 staff members, provided direction, stewardship and guidance during production and streamlined processes.· Cultivated and maintained communication channels between headquarters in Brisbane and field based in New Zealand.· Developed and executed production forecasts and trends, managed all assets and undertook the full reporting and review process.· Harnessed a sound technical engineering skillset while supporting and mentoring the operations team and developed a culture of constant improvement and development.

I gained a thorough understanding of TAG’s artificial lift strategy, made appropriate recommendations regarding future changes and followed up with all stakeholders.Key Achievements:· Maximised production while overseeing operations for over 1200 BOEPD annually, managed an OPEX budget of $14 million and a CAPEX of over $25 million.· Designed and installed TAG Oil’s rod pump artificial lift.· Realigned operational strategies and delivered results while increasing production and revenue.· Successfully increased production and reduced operational expenses through the optimisation of jet pump wells.· Spearheaded the overhaul of the Sidewinder field, converted 2 sidewinder wells to a single point gas injections lift.· Successfully secured a profitable position after discussions of possible liquidation and developed long term strategies to maintain profits.· Played a pivotal role in evaluating economic conditions, developed market-relevant programs and executed plans through strategic leadership and supportive guidance.· Collaborated with Geologists, D&C Engineers and Facility Engineers to increase recoverable reserves thereby successfully implementing TAG Oil waterfloods for EOR.
