In this role, I am responsible for all production and workover operations for Tamarind New Zealand Onshore. I consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership, planning and general management capabilities while overseeing the production of over 2000 BOEPD. I have also been instrumental in establishing and maintaining production processes thereby improving efficiencies and outputs, harnessed excellent problem-solving skills and promoted a culture of constant growth and development.Key Achievements:· Showcase sound financial knowledge while developing and managing budgets up to $15 million, monitor expenditure and undertake extensive cost optimization studies to enhance the business’ overall performance.· Project Manage CAPEX and OPEX workovers and well intervention.· Collaborate with the operations team to optimize well production, reduce downtime on rod pump wells.· Review historical repeat rod failures, proposed multiple design modifications for the artificial lift and secured funding for a major long lead item.· Identified and reviewed key areas of failures stemming from the original workover programs and completion designs.· Instrumental in the successful procurement of all equipment, delivered workover AFEs and programs and directly managed the workover rigs execution of the programs.· Developed the 2020 CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the organisation’s wells, maintained and enhanced the Cheal oilfield.· Spearheaded the business justification process with the Kuala Lumpur Head Office and developed robust professional relationships with all key role players.

In this role, I was responsible for all production and field operations for WestSide Corporation in New Zealand for 12 months before the position was made redundant.
