    I am currently an Account Manager for Regal Recruitment. I endeavour to create and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with both current and potential clients.     For over two years I was the Leading Hand of the warehouse on the Northwest Rapid Transit Project. In that time I developed the necessary skills to maintain a high level of productivity, make clear and concise decisions under pressure as well as communicate effectively and build strong and lasting client/ peer relationships. My responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:• Communicate with both on and offsite Supervisors, Superintendents, Managers, Engineers and Contractors on a daily basis• Oversee crew of up to 15 storeman and 20 drivers• Implement, amend and follow all workplace health and safety procedures to the highest standard, including contribution to daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings• Liaise with goods receivables, material planners and procurement • Organisation and control of all inbound and outbound material while keeping to strict timeframes• Perform the role of Warehouse Supervisor when needed• Follow all safety guidelines set out in NHVL (National Heavy Vehicle Laws)• Understand and follow Chain of Responsibility • Maintain an efficient and productive warehouse• Loading / Unloading trucks with forklift and Manitou

    At 25 I moved to Sydney and was seeking a change after working in the construction and Rail industry for quite some time. Through my connections I landed a trial at the Baldrock Hotel in Balmain. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working in the hospitality industry. It has given me the opportunity to develop my face to face customer service and people skills while working in a fun and energetic environment.
