    American Home Lending; Initiated this company for complete start-up for out of state owners. Was responsible for all office development, processing, marketing, training, salesand all closings. This office was fully automated with Fannie Mae, etc., andproduced every type of mortgage, A-D credit. This office was forced toclose after the death of the owner. Personally did over 70 live commercials on Channel 4 in Nashville, TN for many months.

Produced my own live viewer call-in talk show aboutmortgages. Bought a 1 hour prime time on CH-28 in Cookeville, TN andsold air time to 3 advertisers that paid for the entire show.
