    While in Sistec I was the founder and the CEO of the company and direcly in charge of:- The Sports Division of the company where we are distributors of Technogym and Concept- The supervision of our Club called "o Maculusso" where we have part of the company social responsability. Our club have female handball and basketbal sections for initiates, juveniles and juniors and we had "supplied" around 50% of the seniors sportswomen that allready gave Angola 14 African Gold titles and quite a number of other silver and bronze medals. - The supervision on new projects such as Special tenders for Government and the creation of the first new private Telco of Angola ... neXus ( created from ISP NEtangola ).- Sistec have several divisions and companies, is managed by objectives with all directors reporting to the 9 members of the company Board. At present, Dec 2018, have @700 direct employees and have around 200 more in the sister companies; We reduced staff due to economic turmoil that started in Angola in 2015.Sistec was created in 1st July 1991 and is the split of Protecnica, Lda in 3 parts due to the un agreement between the Protecnica partners on how to drive the company in a open market and peace enviroment. We ended up spliting Protecnica into 3 companies being Sistec one of them where we heritadge the Computer and Office equipment division.
