I have teamed up with Scott Bartett and Susie Kyle to open up Yelm Community Kitchen which will be a processing Kitchen for those who always had a desire to create there own foods, and bottle it and take it to market. Im very excited to Have Scott as a partner in Foods To Live For / Flip Side Café. Foods To Live For is looking to provide Healthy food choices, such as Ayurvedic East Indian Cusine which has been around for centuries with the finest of spices and know for it healing quality's. Well also have a seasonal fresh Salad Bar with Raw and Vegan dishes. A Raw Juice Bar and Smoothie made with the best and local vegetables from our own town of Yelm WA. Now with the Flip Side Café well that's all the foods we all grew up with ill have my PuertoRican/Italian Fusion Foods its the blends of Tropical meets Italy its a taste that will have you coming back for more. Pulled Pork, Roasted Chicken, My own take on Italian sauces Lasagna , just to name a few, Well also be making homemade Ice Cream , Gelatos, Sorbets, and whatever else you can imagine
