We also give business advise on the structure that is best for your business and file all forms required to set up a small business. We also do personal taxes for a wide range of clients in NC, other US states and in foreign countries. We are not an expert in the foreign country taxes, but can advise on that but when one is working overseas you do need someone that knows the way to avoid some of the potential tax burden here in the US.

Our goal for this facilitation is to help your team become more productive and effective and when you finish the effort your team has more teamwork and the ability to perform at a higher level.We can also help you define a program office and project management process for a large activity, such as a 300 people year programming project. We find out what are you accepted processes and integrated best practices that will, for the most part, not be drastic changes for the organization. Coming in with "all the answers/right way" does not go down well as a change process.Tell us what you would like our help with, if we have a way to help with our set of tools we will design a process for your group. If we do not do or can not see a way with our tools to help you we will tell you this.
