The series is called "Descent From Disaster" and screened on TV One in July / August 2013.Presented by Simon Gault, Gary McCormick, Judy Bailey, Anton Oliver, Leigh Hart and Andrew Fagan, A combination of documentary interviews, dramatic reconstructions, archive film and CGI graphic elements, after a successful first series Descent from Disaster was recommissioned for a second series.
