    Based on a need for education and awareness identified by community members as part of the Amanzi Yimpilo Program, I helped design a ‘Water Health’ pamphlet which was then distributed to residents of Enkanini explaining where to dispose of waste water, night soil and solid waste. Key design elements had to ensure that the content could be understood by both adults and children, in their mother tongue, as well as by people who cannot read. The design also had to tackle difficult and delicate subject-matter without causing offence.I also created and facilitated art workshops for both learners taking part in the Iqhawe Lemvelo programme as well as the Amanzi Yimpilo team.On 3 December 2019, both the Amanzi Yimpilo team and learners participating in the Iqhawe Lemvelo programme held a water health parade through Enkanini. I was responsible for documenting this event through taking photographs of the parade as well as of the water monitoring and MiniSASS tests.
