    Job Description :- Ensure the stocks & production costs are reported accurately & provide the reliable inventory reports- Ensure ICS controls related to inventory are implemented - To collaborate within section in providing or gathering data to support monthly closing & to ensure journals are recorded properly & comply with the local GAAP & IFRS standard- Interact with production to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate & up to date- To submit and confirm the license fee calculation report as based for DAG to issue invoice on a quaterly basis - Check and analyze product costing components. Ensure materials consumption, labor and overhead are reported accurately, completely and timely.- Conduct on-going analysis of process constraint and works closely with production department - Interact with production to ensure Material Master Data and Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate, up to date and reflect the latest manufacturing practices- Check & control of inventory movement for all CKD, CBU and Parts (Inter-company, Domestic & Export). Ensure goods are received, transferred and issued are recorded accurately and timely- Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports and analysis. Provide management with needed financial information. - Check and control DOM process related to obsolete production parts and obsolete spare parts.- Provide book value for DOM process related to obsolete production parts and obsolete spare parts.- Involve in the execution of approved DOM process- Maintain CKD tracking for CKD production to ensure that raw materials costs has been properly book in order to have a correct comparison for standard costs to actual production costs. - Arrange and conduct monthly and annual inventory stock take in Wanaherang, Ciputat and remote areas. Investigate cycle accounting variances and resolve the issues.- Prepare and perform test for control checklist for ICFR Control Testing related to inventory control to support compliance process.
