Currently our team is focused on expansion and creation of Sales/Marketing infrastructure and targeted Lead Generation for national roll-out of various software products to all levels within the commercial and corporate real estate markets. RealTech Partners principals have been providing a variety of consulting services to the corporate and commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. We have developed comprehensive multi sector prospect research databases that have been continuously expanded since the early 1980s. In addition we have created and implemented unique, proprietary, presentation, implementation, user adoption methodologies, marketing techniques and sales work flow processes for technology products related to analytics, operations, BPM and transaction management. First formed to expand valuation and operational profit centers for a large Developer / Operator, the service matrix was enhanced to include Due Diligence support, Portfolio Asset Management, Real Estate Technology Solutions design and implementation, and Advisory services for real estate software developers. Having completed a variety of complex assignments on behalf of some of the largest financial institutions and equity owners worldwide, we apply Business Process Improvement, Workflow Automation and Customized Business Intelligence sub-systems to help with portfolio re-structuring and asset management turnarounds. In addition to the Sales & Marketing focus described above, by incorporating the talent and services of qualified outsourced consultants, we creatively deliver real estate technology assessments, process flow analyses, operations consulting and a unique blend of portfolio & property level analytical services.

In addition to a variety of analytical projects for review and due diligence of commercial real estate target acquisitions, ARGUS analyses, custom Excel modeling and maintaining a comprehensive database of commercial real estate companies and contacts, Ronnie Dean continues to be an outsourced consultant and senior management adviser for a variety of real estate technology developers/vendors, for direct sales, marketing and company re-positioning to enhance market presence and increase market share, in preparation for merger or sale of assets in a series of consolidations. Established programs, developed prospect data sources, and trained clients in varieties of lead generation and sales penetration techniques to enable strategic growth and increase top line revenues. Virtual Premise was eventually purchased by CoStar; treeSoft and EstateMaster were purchased by ARGUS (Altus Analytics).

Upon completion of a multi-year nationwide portfolio asset management assignment for Goldman Sachs, Mr. Dean became Managing Director of ARGUS Financial Software (now part of Altus Analytics). He instituted new market penetration techniques, needs assessment based marketing, product enhancements and a “solutions sales” process which enabled the team to dramatically increase annual revenues from $3 million to $12 million in 4 years -- resulting in the sale of ARGUS for $45 million to a consolidated new entity called The REALM. His emphasis evolved into business development for strategic accounts, open data integration with other products, enhancement of consulting services and international expansion. When The REALM was formed, and acquired ARGUS, Mr. Dean became SVP of Business Development and a senior member of the Strategy Group. He led strategic initiatives focused on Internet Applications R&D, the internal shift from legacy applications to a Web-centric business model, expansion of major national accounts, ERP systems integration and special projects.

When PM Realty Group expanded its scope to include consulting services they recruited Mr. Dean to the company where he formed a new division named Advisory Services, and, among a variety of value-added services, he provided portfolio asset management to Goldman Sachs, and the ATT and Kodak pension funds. In his role as National Director of Advisory Services he and his staff performed valuation, analytical, due diligence and disposition assignments for clients such as Primerica, Prudential, Citicorp, MetLife, Maxxam, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, and the facilities groups at Bank of America and Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). Expanding the services matrix to include comprehensive, multi-stage due diligence, acquisitions, re-positioning, market feasibility and portfolio management services, he also established a national scope team that provided analytical support to a number of private sector and institutional clients, plus executives in all PM Realty Group regions. He directed design/management of data integration and analytical modeling systems for lease analysis, discounted cash flow analyses, due diligence, market information and feasibility services that became standards in the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Dean was recruited by Cushman & Wakefield to be Senior Director of the Financial Services Group, Houston, where he quadrupled previous sales benchmarks and enhanced the service line to include market feasibility, development consulting and financial modeling. A variety of services were performed for clients including Bank of America, Allegheny, Crocker Bank, Homart, National Corporation for Housing Partnerships, Bechtel, Prudential, and Wells Fargo. He performed fee based acquisition / disposition and portfolio structuring assignments for major clients nationwide. Mr. Dean capitalized on new technologies then emerging to establish acquisition and development programs for investors in Florida, New York, Arizona and California. Expansion of the consulting services practice included due diligence, analytical underwriting, feasibility and transaction assignments.

Became the lead US team member and equity partner of Canadian and US development joint venture formed by merging resources of two major real estate investment and development firms based in Montreal. Provided deal sourcing & origination, managed partnerships and supervised development, leasing, management and sale of a number of office buildings and business parks in Texas. Consulted on acquisition targets in both Texas and Florida, including a number of Miami Gold Coast hi-rise rental apartment properties converted to condominiums. Advised and participated in planning and development of luxury hi-rise condominium projects in Miami, Florida, including The Atlantis on Brickell (the one with the "hole" in it) and the Tiffany of Bal Harbour.

Reporting to ownership joint ventures, acted as management liaison and portfolio financial analyst in preparation for acquisition of assets by Prudential. After a year with IME, was recruited by Canadian JV (The Parkview Toulon Group) to head operations as equity partner in new developments and partnerships.

Directed property management and leasing for a 45 building, 16,000,000 s.f. Canadian portfolio of multi-story commercial space. Managed team of office, accounting and field personnel in property management, tenant coordination and tenant retention, while managing all aspects of new tenant space construction, move-in and conversion to active paying customers. With partner, acquired the wholly-owned in-house general contracting and construction subsidiary (350 employees with all equipment and materials to run projects as GC; all structural concrete formwork, plus all high-level custom internal office and warehouse space for over 1,200 tenants). Then developed and built an additional 4,000,000 s.f. of mixed-use commercial properties. Restructured partnership portfolios and directed the financial reporting and management of both new and existing assets. Total portfolio developed, built and managed was over 20,000,000 s.f.
