I obtained a business license and insurance, ordered restaurant supplies, ensured successful staff management, was responsible for hiring and terminating employees, obtained skills to successfully manage finances,approved the repairs to be made to the building and hiring the appropriate person to make those repairs, and provided a hospitable and a customer-friendly atmosphere.
