Chief Warrant Officer 3420A - Human Resources TechnicianHuman Resource Technicians manage functions which support the Army’s Human Resource (HR) Personnel Management systems. HR Technicians perform duties as Chief of a Section in any HR Technical and Joint Field of Operations.
