    Retiring as part owner/Managing Director of an Agricultural & Industrial chemical manufacturer in 2002, I practiced as a consultant until 2005 when I accepted a clients 4 year contract as Business Development Manager of a toll manufacturing business, increasing sales during that period by 300 %, Since the conclusion of my contract, I have managed & advised clients in a consulting role in a number of differing activities.

    I was contracted by a Melbourne Chartered Accounting firm to conduct an investigation into the management & financial affairs of a company which had operated for 40 years as a privately owned entity. Following my report to the Board of Directors, several vacancies occurred following which over a period of 5 years, I served as Company Secretary ( 2 years ), Manager ( 3 ) , converted the company to that of a public entity as CEO, subsequently merging with 3 other public companies as joint Managing Director.
