Main responsibilities as a consultant1. Evaluated the access and coverage of the General Food Distribution programme in Fangak/Pigi County in Jongolei and determine if it is delivering in its WFP expectations within the target population.2. Developed the skills of key GFD staff/stakeholders in conducting a coverage and Post Distribution Monitoring assessment using Mobile data collection methodology.Specific Objectives of the investigation1. Identified boosters and barriers to GFD access and coverage based on information from a wide range of stakeholders.2. Estimated and mapping out the GFD coverage overall of the GFD programme.3. Developed specific recommendations and action plans, in consensus with programme staff, to improve access to GFD services and increase coverage in the programme area.4. Enhanced the capacity of the key nutrition staff/stakeholders who make up the investigation team to undertake coverage investigations using technical survey methodology.Detailed Terms of Reference.To achieve the above-mentioned objectives as a consultant, am undertaking the following:1. Trained organisation staff and other stakeholder representatives to equipping them with skills to undertake a PDM and rapid assessment about the GFD program independently.2. Supervised a full coverage of the assessment (planning, data collection, analysis and develop recommendation & action points) in Fangak and Pigi Counties in Jongolei3. Prepared Final Report about the assessment conducted for General Food Distribution in the two counties and presented to the M&E Department.

The IRC (www.theirc.org ) has been one of the largest providers of aid in South Sudan for more than 20 years. The IRC aids communities devastated by war with emergency relief, reconstruction assistance and with programs focusing on health care, education, rights and reintegration, and ways to reduce violence against women.Outline of Responsibilities• Support the development and maintenance of an updated programme management information system with data collected on key thematic indicators and ensure accessibility by partners and other stakeholders. • Assist in reviewing and updating the programme log frame with a particular focus on the hierarchy of objectives, outcomes, outputs and indicators for the key thematic areas. • Specifically assist in the process for identifying, reviewing and designing the key indicators.• Support partners in the development of work plans and consolidate partners’ work plans, analyse and track progress on the same. • Build the capacity of partners to compile good and informative progress reports. Assist in the preparation of consolidated progress reports for project management to submit to the program manager.• Train staff on M&E skills, including development of M&E plans, use of data collection tools that is DHIS, data analysis and reporting, quality assurance activities, and evaluation strategies.• Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, program data, lessons learnt, and best practices for internal and external and maintain and monitor progress against global log frame indicators for South Sudan.• Using DHIS Database, do all the verification and data entry and analysis of the program and give necessary feedbacks to the manager.Key Achievement: Successfully completed training of all programme mangers on DHIS – an ICCM programme Database management tool to give feedbacks to donors amidst many challenges, l have successfully strengthen Monitoring system

In accordance with this mission, we focus on primary health care, education, and disaster relief. Outline of Responsibilities• Supervise Data entry clerks on their daily progress of their job descriptions and advise them accordingly.• Save the whole GESS Program data entered by the data clerks in the DE database systems.• Supervise proper saving of data during data entry in the system and upload to the main base office for backup.• Enable constant maintain of the computer during or after the work process.• Report to the chief supervisor in case of problems with the machine which are used.• Manage the e-mail system from the user desktop to ensure it is reliable.• Configure and install necessary softwares on staff computers.• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources• Train new staffs and old staffs about current changes and update their daily outputs.Key achievements: Successfully managed to reach support to all the counties of Warrap State in implementation of GESS (Girl Education South Sudan) were every ongoing school girls and boys are recorded in our database in search to help the girl’s education in the country
