    Assigned to the JSF Project Office as the Project Coordinator and Navy Lead for Systems Development and Demonstration (SDD) planning. Responsible for planning the JSF SDD flight and ground test program, which included determining Integrated Test Force (ITF) personnel requirements, range and facility requirements, determining T&E costs, developing joint planning guidelines, and developing a joint concept of operations. Served as the link between NAWCAD and the JSF Program Office (JPO) for matters concerning budget, security, manpower, and facilities. Planned and conducted visits and briefings to numerous high ranking US and Foreign Distinguished Visitors and was responsible for integrating the JPO project structure into the Navy budget system. During JSF Source Selection, served as the lead for the evaluation of the Ground and Flight Test portion of the proposal, evaluating the competing contractors’ proposals for the execution of the SDD Ground and Flight Test program.

    Assigned to the F/A-18E/F Integrated Test Team (ITT) as Navy Aircraft Test and Data (ATD) Team Leader for the F/A-18E/F Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) flight test program. Responsible for the performance and budget of a team of over eighty contractor and Navy personnel whose duties included flight test planning and execution; flight scheduling; range scheduling and coordination; data system design, installation and maintenance; aircraft modification preparation and execution; post flight data reduction and analysis; reporting; flight clearance administration; and flight card approval. Was a member of the F/A-18E/F leadership team responsible for the overall guidance of the EMD flight test program, providing input and oversight into facilities planning, test team manning, and test team concept of operations. Co-authored the test planning guide which provided the foundation for a combining contractor and government test plans. Responsible for coordination of Navy range support of F/A-18E/F activities at Patuxent River, including real time telemetry systems and the Atlantic Test Ranges inshore and offshore test ranges.
