    I am honored to be a Research Fellow at the UCSF Center for Health Equity in Surgery and Anesthesia (CHESA). My role involves performing a variety of crucial tasks to promote positive change in healthcare.One of my responsibilities is to provide comprehensive research support for the feasibility evaluation of establishing a Hypoxia Lab in Uganda. This involves conducting rigorous technical assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful realization of this facility.I am also part of a groundbreaking research study that aims to characterize the diverse range of skin colors in Kampala, Uganda. This research is invaluable in promoting inclusive healthcare practices and driving product development that caters to the unique needs of our population. Additionally, I have the privilege of observing and reporting on testing conducted at the UCSF Hypoxia Lab, fostering invaluable knowledge exchange between international partners and the Ugandan healthcare ecosystem.I am deeply committed to addressing healthcare disparities and promoting health equity. I am eager to collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders who share these goals.
