The work of the VFP Democracy/Constitution/War Powers Working Group includes setting aside "Injurious Statutes, Court Rulings and Orders that Must Be Set Aside, Repealed, Replaced or Amended" (http://www.wethepeoplenow.org/injurious_statutes_and_court_rulings.htm). These documents have had injurious effects on human beings, democracy and the environment. Most of these acts of government are unconstitutional, were obtained by fraud, and/or used to commit fraud and are null and void. These include:• The Senate Filibuster Rule• The War Powers Resolution (50 U.S.C. 1541-1548) (1973)• The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists (Pub. L. 107-40, 115 Stat. 224, enacted September 18, 2001)• The Federal Reserve Act of 1913
