Manage the Contract Program and Target Program of the Mechanical and Electrical scope of Works of the $3.1 billion M6 Stage 1 D&C contract. The project is being delivered by CIMIC Group’s CPB Contractors and UGL in a joint venture with Ghella. The project will connect President Avenue at Kogarah with the WestConnex M8 at Arncliffe via four-kilometre twin tunnels. It also includes ramps between the main motorway tunnel and the surface intersection at President Avenue, tunnel stubs for future connection, motorway support infrastructure including tunnel ventilation systems and the motorway control centre, new services utilities including a permanent power supply line, and other provisions and improvement to the surrounding roads and parks. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to updating and further detailing of the Target Program for Project-wide Mechanical and Electrical Works. Coordination / Collaboration with other joint venture planning team. Review and provide comments/ analysis of the Time-Chainage Program. Revision of program sequence/ logic as necessary through discussion with M&E Construction Director and the M&E production team. Analyse resources and produce manpower histogram. Produce M&E program and work sequence presentations as directed by the M&E Construction Director for JV Board presentations. Provide input to M&E procurement team regarding lead-times and delivery schedules of each M&E work packages. Carry-out “what-if-analysis” program for use as management tool for critical re-sequencing and resource analysis options.

The project includes clinical and non-clinical services infrastructure to expand, enhance and optimise current capacity at Liverpool Hospital.

The project was under a two stage Managing Contractor relationship model – Stage 1 being the submission of the GCS and early works and Stage 2 the construction of a ten-storey inpatient facility called K-Block. After construction of a new temporary building to accommodate departments from the building to be demolish, the construction of new 10-storey K-Block will accommodate operating theatres, women’s clinics, endoscopy, paediatrics, maternity and mental health functions. The project presents an exciting construction challenge, working on a constrained brownfields site, whilst maintaining hospital operations at all times.In this role, I oversaw planning and program controls of two stage hospital Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) redevelopment (circa $390M). Ensured construction works executed on constrained brownfields site allowed efficient hospital operations. Devised action plan to meet renegotiated project extension time. Developed and implemented revised target program for subcontractors and later revised contract program. Fostered key relationships with clients to cultivate business synergies Highlights included:• Negotiated and Clinched 6 months EOT and assisted in remaining EOT claim substantiation.• Streamlined and simplified Extension of Time Claim process.• Collaborated with key project team members in developing an optimum target program • Convinced client's Management team on viability of the revised contract program to mitigate delay

This project is one of Australia’s most technically complex tunnels to create a vital underground pedestrian link in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Wynyard Walk sets a national benchmark for cutting-edge tunnel design and construction in one of the nation’s busiest urban precincts.Taking on the responsibility for all planning and programming for the Wynyard Walk D&C Project. In this role, I administered overall planning, programming, and delay analysis for Wynyard Walk project. Provided program input and progress monitoring for final stages of RNS Hospital remaining works and assisted in Warawee Substation Project. Collaborated with three project teams (Railway / Transport House Team, Clarence St Entry Building Team and the Pedestrian Tunnel and Bridge Team) in programme management and control of Fast Tract Contract Programme. Effected Earned Value Management System as per TfNSW project specification. Selected Contributions:• Jointly developed detailed testing and commissioning program with specialist to be incorporated and implemented on program.• Played key role and collaborated with external consultants on successfully securing one-year Extension of Time Claim.
