    Review FEMA's flood insurance rate maps (FIRM's); analyze documentation (surveys and elevation certificates, etc.) to confirm a property's true flood risk; work with FEMA to reclassify a property's high risk flood zone designation to a lower flood risk zone; I also work closely with surveyors by reviewing elevation certificates and surveys to ensure that they are inline with the National Flood Insurance Program rules and regulations; also able to review flood policies in order to confirm if premium reductions are possible; overall the services indicated above allow clients the ability to save and maximize every dollar spent on their flood coverage;
