    The Jim Pattison Group of Vancouver, British Columbia, is Canada’s second largest private company with annual revenues in excess of $8.0 billion and 37,000 employees. Oakridge Accounting Services (OAS) is a shared service center providing financial and IS services to JPG. With approximately 75 staff, OAS has been instrumental in providing efficient value add services for JPG locations across North America. My role at OAS included a startup as well as the consolidation of multiple divisions and functional areas of the business. Below are the highlights of my accomplishments to date:• Led the setup of an organization growing to over 100 administrative staff providing accounting services for the Jim Pattison Group• Provided bottom line savings of more than $2m through the consolidation of administrative functions• Created and introduced a performance management program, policies and procedures, work flows and other required work materials for all functional areas under my leadership• Part of the an Executive team involved in strategic planning and business development• Responsible for providing financial reports and business metrics to our corporate office • Implemented multiple systems in order to gain efficiencies through improved business processes
