Troubleshooting (from the collection and analysis of clear and up-to-date data sources based on current realities) to track rootcause and completion for the progress of the supply chain/Logistic process at the company and to evaluate the realization of planned month operations, operations, support and marketing teams.Manage and Reducing Logistics Costs (warehouses and traffic costs), by developing business process supply chains and work systems and deploying all branches with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Traffic Management System (TMS) to improve logistics productivity systems and utilizing personal skills more effective to achieve company goals.Ensuring collaboration with e-commerce (Bizzy) runs as targeted:- 3PL as a logistics service provider- Logistics (coordination with trucking vendors)- Purchase (make online purchases and sales on the Bizzy platform)

As for my Jobdesc are as follows: 1. Set the availability of goods in the warehouse: from making forecasts, fulfillment, ensuring that the fulfillment according to the forecast, the forecast analysis vs. total target items needs for decision-making, handling the product in the warehouse (after sales product/ BS, Damage Rate, Inventory control, scrap of Bad Stock), to the provision of fleet-related processes delivered. 2. Analysis of Supply Chain Management (monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods) 3. Coordination with the factory, marketing and support team to ensure the appropriate procedures. 4. Conduct performance analysis and improvement plan (sales trend analysis, promotion, and determining strategies against competitors) 5. Coordinate with the Inbound team, Demand Planning team, operations team, marketing 6. Analysis of the customer category (Pareto, retail, wholesale / 3PL) 7. Manage and provide training for staff training, motivating other members of the team (do Coaching & Counseling). 8. Review with the external customer (the join with Brand manager) in the evaluation of warehouse order fulfillment rate up to the Outlet, as well as the Data Consolidation Sales Order that has achieved its monthly total order data Outlet.

As for my position as a Demand Planning Coordinator has the following responsibilities: 1. Conduct planning forecasting demand (forecast), the determination of the capacity of the warehouse, and adjust inventory (stock availability). 2. Planning and scheduling of deliveries from suppliers. 3. Evaluating the performance of suppliers (Order Fulfillment Rate from factory to warehouse distribution). 4. Scheduling deliveries to depots or branches of companies 8. Maintain relationships with freight forwarding companies (transporter).
