Experience

    • Born "Indian" and subsequently became a licensed Litigator.
      • Mar 1945 - Present

In order to practice law as the "Indian with rights preexisting Americans" that I am, I needed to comprehend all the Legal-Historical Background which developed (portrayed) my People as the only people in the world to lack human rights, according to the Invader-Americans. For my People to survive we must, as a People, understand what the rest of the world is doing to us and how they attained so much power over us. I am now ready and also now doing all I reasonably can to help do that! Aho.

I was born in Kingsville, Texas, in 1945 to parents who had also been born in the same area. Although I attended public schools through the eight grade, the Teachers were Pinche "His-panics" who emphatically adopted the Invaders' assertion that only those with foreign origin were "competent" to educate and become educated. I have long been told that I "squandered an awful lot of opportunity, education, and talent" in this "un-rewarding" cause of fighting for the "rights" of my People, but if one must relinquish her human identity because a more aggressive one has demanded it, that is out and out genocide and a "crime against humanity" no matter how powerful those committing such inhumanity are. I am exceedingly cautious about alignments or pursuit of popular causes because our frailties as human beings are too easily usurped or diverted to achieve injustice, but, I am convinced I will never abjure my People's Cause because the world as we know it cannot exist absent our entire race's recognition and acknowledgement that only nature or Creator/God can exclude any identifiable group of human beings from full and equal to all others participation in human endeavors. My efforts therefore are only those which serve my People's interests.
