Robin is a member of the HBS executive coaching cadre for MBA students and Executive Education. She is a faculty coach with (ISDL) Interpersonal Development Lab. She also works with global executives one-on-one and in a Living Group cohorts as part of HBS’s six-month Program for Leadership Development (PLD). Some of the work includes facilitating Living Group cohort to create vision, values and norms through acceleration exercises. Working with the group over the six months program to share leadership journeys, strengthen team effectiveness, facilitate congruence model application and accelerate application of course work. Additionally, Robin partners one-on-one with leaders to interpret individual 360º feedback instrument, identify strengths, opportunities and implement action plan. This also includes providing feedback to leaders throughout the program on how they show up in the various PLD venues.• Sample Results: This program is transformational. Many graduates experienced promotions. One leader wrote a book, many started new businesses; others created new product and service offerings for their companies, in addition to evolving substantially as leaders.Robin is also a coaching cadre member for the Henkel custom leadership development program, Owner/President Manager program (OPM), and the Driving Performance Through Talent Management (DPTM ) program.
