    As a charity, the hospice is totally dependant on donations and retail mainly through its shop network. During lockdown the income from the High Street retail was cut off and there was a focus on revenue from eCommerce. Using my commercial background, I reviewed existing product portfolio, created various process scenarios to streamline warehouse efficiency and overall product management. In conjunction with the hospice managers and the volunteers we tested and refined these until they meet the business needs and finally appropriate product and workflow guides to ensure their ongoing adoption. Along side this experience related activity I have also contributed in the front line processes of posting and distribution of goods.
